I am writing to you as an extremely satisfied customer. We recently bought 2007 Jetta from your dealership with the help and guidance Mr. Chris Keletzis. My initial contact with Chris was on the phone to inquire whether a particular car was still available. From the start, he was great to deal with. I felt comfortable enough to explain that we didn't have a big budget but that I needed a car due to help me care for my son who has autism and he was understanding and reassured me that he would be able to help us find a car. I managed to get my husband to take us (he was skeptical that we could ever afford a good car).
 
Chris went above and beyond his responsibilities to make us comfortable and we found our dream car. We live in York region (so there are many other Volkswagen Dealership that are closer) but Chris' exceptional conduct has made us customers for life.

I am writing this letter to appreciate your wonderful customer service during my maintenance repair at your location last week.
 
In the past I have dealt with another Volkswagen dealership, that is where I leased my car from and had all previous maintenance done. However, I was very unhappy with the service I received. In turn had a very negative view of the Volkswagen Company. This first began when they sold me a car that had already been purchased (paper work was drawn up and signed, and then the next day they called to tell me there was a mistake). During my regular maintenance checks they would often try to sell products that I was not interested in purchasing and take many hours to complete the work.
 
I spoke with a female that booked my appointment, and she was incredibly helpful. I explained my irregular schedule and she booked my appointment promptly and did so in a positive manner.
 
When I dropped my car off I was impressed that you actually use your shuttle service to drop your clients off until their car is ready. This service was never offered at the other location.
 
Charles was an excellent service associate. When picking me for my shuttle service back to the dealership he was wonderful to speak to because he genuinely enjoys his job and the customers he deals with. He offered all of the help he could, which involved calling to let me know he arrived and where he was parked, upon arriving at the dealership he brought me to the desk to pay for my service and then took me to my parked car to ensure I could find it. Charles took his time helping me and made me feel satisfied with spending the whopping two hundred dollars for an oil change! He was wonderful to speak to, and is truly an asset to your organization.

I am more then pleased with my new Jetta. I could not see myself buying another car brand again. The Volkswagen downtown staff, namely Allen lee made my purchasing experience both informative and easy. Mr. Lee answered any question I had regarding the vehicle before and after the purchase. I will make it a point to recommended the dealership and Mr. Allen lee to anybody thinking about getting a new vehicle.

Frank and everyone at Downtown Volkswagen is always ready to help and always greet with a smile and hello. The shuttle service is very much appreciated. It has always been available to me and very efficiently. I picked up my car at end of day when they were very busy. The Downtown Volkswagen team are always very courteous and professional. Being a women, service departments are not always so welcoming and secure. I have always felt looked after there and treated with respect.

Jason was fantastic. We actually visited other VW DLRS, who were also good. They knew their stuff, talked the same sort of deal and were pleasant people but we decided to deal with downtown VW in large part because of Jason. His nice guy, charming and funny self made the process easy and really enjoyable. We appreciated that he did not come across as too much of a salesperson, even though he still made the sale.

Emergency trip to @vwtoronto. Frank is the best service guy in town. Completely booked but makes it happen.

I have dealt with other VW dealers in the Maritimes and I would never have expected the Toronto DLR to be absolutely head and shoulders above them in terms of friendliness, professionalism, timeliness and helpfulness but they one hundred percent were.

My wife is on a job assignment in Toronto with her Company from Indiana. She owns a VW, which was bought in the USA. She has been to your dealership 3 times for various service. On the 2nd and 3rd visit, it was due to a replacement key. The new key came from the VW dealer in Indiana. It was a "dud" and Frank Sbrocchi straightened out the problem. Long story and no need to go into it, in this e-mail.
The reason for this e-mail is to compliment both Andreas Palalas and Frank. My initial contact was with Andreas, who was so polite and professional. Actually, Frank was who resolved the problem and worked on her car. He was terrific, polite, competent and professional. Each time she was at your dealership, they made her feel so welcome and remembered her. Judith was so impressed.

The service agents are really excellent. I either deal with Andrea's or Jane and they are both superb. I have purchased four cars from this DLRS, two Passats, the latest a CC and two Jetta's. I have recommended the DLR to friends who have also purchased cars from the DLR. I have a lot of loyalty to VW as the result of the quality of the cars and the excellence of the service.

They have helpful staff members who remember the customer, keep them updated on the progress and are very pleasant to deal with. The people who do the shuttle service are great as well.

Every time I take my car to this DLR for service I leave very happy. Everyone always says hello and smiles. Jane is exceptional. She always asks about my daughter and in the past they have always been considerate of my time restraints due to my daughter's schedule. The work is always done on time. When I sold my last Jetta I told the new owner that he should continue servicing at this location because they are so good. He has been very happy with the service and the work done as well.

Jason was very informative and listened well to my needs. He was a real pleasure to deal with.

I was very pleased to see that someone was waiting for me even before I turned off the motor. It was the best service I have ever had.

Jason took a lot of time to answer our questions and also took extra time in explaining the features of the new car after we had purchased it. He has a very comfortable communication style, which helped in the negotiation phase of the purchase. The golf wagon TDI compares very favorably to the Toyota, ford and Lexus hybrids we considered. Jason handled all the paperwork and finance phase for us. We never dealt with Lili directly.

We found Jason Potzinger to be a great help. He really went to great lengths to get us the car we wanted in the short time we wanted to have it in. he has a very helpful, with a consultative manner which made it a pleasure to do business with him. We absolutely love our Tiguan. It is a great build quality with a nice solid feel on the road.
